● $144 in member dues and breeder referral dues was deposited.

Old Business

● Breeder Referral Applications will be reviewed in an executive meeting in January.

New Business

● There was discussion about our membership application on the password protected section of our website.  New applicants need to be sponsored by a member of the club.  It was discussed that the prospective members could get a membership application from their sponsor.  Since new members must attend two meetings before applying for membership, they could also get an application at a meeting.

• There should be information about membership available to people who do not have established contact with a club member.  Robin will ask Rachel to put a “where to go/what to do” for prospective members who do not have a sponsor on the website.  It should direct prospective members to our Membership Chair (Vice-President) or our President, with their contact information available.

● Date for January meeting: Due to the Rose City Classic (Jan. 15-19), we decided to change the date of our January meeting to Wednesday, January 29.  Lorene made the motion, Christa seconded.  The motion passed unanimously.  Robin will contact Denny’s and make the change.
