December 2025 Board Meeting (Christmas Party)

PRGRCO Board Meeting Minutes 12/6/25

The meeting was called to order at 3:59 PM by President Christa Thompson.

Board members present were: Robin Murphy, Tammy Pengelly, Christa Thompson, Debbie Berry and Jeannie Schuldt.

Club members present were: Bridgett Highley, Jim Highley, and Lorene Jones.

The minutes from the November meeting were read. Amendments to the minutes were to remove the statement that Robin suggested to change the bylaws regarding that we should hold board meetings every other month, or when there is business that needs to be discussed. Tammy made the motion to accept the minutes as amended. Jeanie seconded.

Treasurer's Report: Tabled until the General Meeting.

There were no officer or board member reports.

Old business:

• Tammy made the motion that moving forward, we will hold Board meetings on the odd numbered months (January, March, May, July, September and November), unless there is business to discuss. Robin seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

New business:

• Since we are asking for pre-payment for heart exams and group eye exams, Christa suggested that Jeanie make that available through PayPal. Jeanie stated that she needed more information about how to get that set up. Robin referred her to the Treasurer of the Sherwood Dog Training Club, which has been using PayPal for matches and trials for years.

  
  

  The meeting was adjourned at 4:17PM. Jeanie made the motion/Tammy seconded.
