Executive Board Meeting

Attendees: Dawn Clausen, Rachel Read, Robin Murphy, Christa Thompson, Bridgett Highley, Jim Highley, Tammy Pengelly, Debbie Berry, Jeanie Schuldt, Lorene Jones.

Call to order at 7:10PM

Bridgett & Jim Highley - Forever Faithful Goldens

Assisted/Worked at least two events, Meet the Breeds, helped at the specialty, on the board of directors. (PAID)

Debbie Berry-

Vendor chair at the national specialty, head of breeders edu committee, Sweeps chair at the specialty, on the board of directors (Owes for both membership/breeder referral pay at the meeting on the 19th)

Dawn & Doug Clausen-

Dawn needs to pay her dues by March 5th. MTB in 2024, worked at the eye clinics, on the board of directors.

Jeanie Schuldt - 

Chintimini and Canby eye clinic, put together the welcome dinner at the national (2023) hospitality for the specialty, sat on the board and was the treasurer, was at meet the breeds. (PAID)

Kelli McCulloch - 

Worked at the specialty in 2024, decorations, raffle, 9/15 eye clinic? (PAID)

Alice-

Paid membership at the Christmas Party but no application for the breeder referral (unpaid), we are unsure if she qualifies.

Christa - Whiskey Creek Goldens

Application received - Chaired an eye clinic, is the VP and was the board member, did decorations for MTB. (PAID)
