Secretary's Report

• December minutes read by Rachel, Motion: Lorene; Second: Christa

Treasurer's Report

• +$9.25 brags, +$215 Membership dues, $60 Breeder Referral applications.

  • General: $10,583.98

  • Specialty: $14,212.43

Officer/Member Reports

• Discussion was had about the 990 Tax Forms

Old Business

• Approval of 2025 Breeder Referral Applications was done.

• Bylaws form for AKC, changed the number of board members from 5 to 3, AKC corresponded with a form to fill out. Bylaws need to be compliant with state laws, Robin will contact Kathy about previous bylaw revision in 2016.

New Business

• PRGRCO information on the Onofrio website is very out of date, Rachel will contact Onofrio to have the information brought current.

• Award for top contributing member, a vote was taken via ballot, votes were tallied up by Kelli and handed to Christa.
