      • No major updates, still trying to find a cardiologist for Chintimini. Christa is going to contact OSU about hiring one of theirs.

      • We still want to have a second clinic for both eyes and cardiac. Clackamas Kennel Club is planning on going back to the McMinnville fairgrounds next year, so we may have a spot with them again.

      • Discussion was had about perhaps having the clinic at the Linn County show, but that still leaves the issue of making sure we have a cardiologist.

      • Alice offered the possibility of us sponsoring a clinic at her house.

      • Christa will have more answers by the August meeting.

    • Electronic Payments

      • Rachel researched Stripe (which is SignUp Genius’ integrated payment service) as well as Venmo for taking online payments.

        • Stripe: Is directly connected to signup genius so no extra steps for customers. Payments are deposited directly into our account. There are no issues with prepaying for services. Customers do not need to have a Stripe account to pay, and we can opt to have the customer pay processing fees, which is 5% + $0.50 transaction fee.

        • Venmo: has to be attached to someone’s personal venmo account, the seller pays service fees. Service fees are 2.9% + $0.09 for tap to pay, 1.9% + $0.10 for direct pay or QR codes. The latter option also requires customers to have a venmo account.

        • Chase Payment processing was brought up, Jeanie will do more research on it.

Meeting Adjourned at 8:36 PM
