Call to Order: 6:34 PM

Secretary’s Report

• Rachel read the minutes from the January 2026 board meeting. A correction was made.

• Minutes accepted as amended.

• Robin motioned, Debbie seconded.

Treasurer’s Report

• Was moved to the General meeting.

Officer/Member Reports

• Old Business

  • N/A

• New Business

  • We need to schedule an executive board meeting to establish a Specialty Budget, as well as to come to an agreement on protocol regarding the collection and handling of member dues.

  • It did not make it to the specialty premium that we had changed our fee from $325 to $375 for echocardiograms at the clinic, so some people have overpaid.

    • It was decided that we would offer a refund to the ones who were overcharged, or they can donate the $50 to the club.

  • Our PayPal account has been locked on account that the club needs to prove that we have provided the services that were paid for. Jeanie is working on getting the account unlocked.

Robin motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:49 PM. Rachel seconded the motion.
