Call to Order: 6:30 PM

Secretary’s Report
- Minutes read by Rachel, accepted as read. (Robin/Tammy)
Treasurer’s Report
- August Report:
  - General: $14,790.65, paid $50 to the State of Oregon, $493.18 for insurance.
  - Specialty: $10,328.24, check reissued to Debbie Berry for the amount of $122.34 from the Specialty. (Robin/Tammy)
- September Report:
  - General: 14,682.30, paid $108.40 for our donation of a Raffle Basket to the National.
  - Specialty: $10,328.27, misc interest earned. (Robin/Tammy)
- October report will be made in the General Meeting.
Officer/Member Reports

Old Business
- Theresa Pietzel (Bigfoot Goldens) was upset because she reached out to Debbie and Christa via email and never received a response. It turns out Christa’s email address was listed incorrectly on the Contact Us page on the website. Rachel promptly corrected the typo.
- Robin offered to be listed as a contact for membership inquiries.
- Dawn put in the request for our Meet the Breeds booth at the Rose City Classic. 1st choice is Saturday, 2nd choice is Sunday, we don’t want Friday. Requested two booths, 12-4 PM. We will probably hear back about two weeks before.
New Business
- Robin raised the suggestion of not holding a board meeting every month if there is nothing to discuss, as the bylaws state that “There shall be not less than eight (8) meetings each year, in addition to the Annual Meeting”, regarding General Meetings, and “Meetings of the Board shall be held… at least six to eight (6-8) times per year”. There was discussion regarding including an inquiry of whether there are items for the board to discuss in the monthly reminder posts. No decision was made.*
